o Develop Standard Operating Procedures and align functionally, SOPs must be clear and robust to be well understood and correctly executed. o Development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality management system, aligned to International standards (e.g. ISO 9000). o Responsible for overseeing sensory tasting panels to create quality framework/foundation. o Accountable for QA equipment procurement, installation and applicable performance management. o Oversee general chemical and microbiological analyses on water, incoming raw materials and the brewery environment. o Maintain a safe, healthy and risk-free work environment. o Plant hygiene standards and monitoring. o Develop and implement quality assurance programs.

 Degree in Chemistry/food science/biology  5 years’ experience in aspects of managerial level  Experience of Quality Management, food safety, sensory panels, laboratory Operation  High level communication skills & interpersonal skills  Strong leader with conflict resolution  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ERP preferred  Background from manufacturing, FMCG/Brewery/Beverage is a plus
