o To manage & co-ordinate the quality control environment in support of the value chain assuring process and product quality o Manage/schedule manpower for shift operations o Manage budget for laboratory and quality analyses o Installation, commissioning of laboratory and establishing/maintaining SOPs o Ensure a safe working environment o Efficient, punctual, accurate output of laboratory analyses. o Support continuous improvement projects o Support brewing and packaging departments in delivering quality targets.

 Knowledge of Lab HSE procedures and legislation, including safety & housekeeping standards  Degree in Chemistry/food science  5 years’ experience in aspects of managerial level  High level communication skills & interpersonal skills  Strong leader with conflict resolution  Experience in quality systems / sensory programs  Background from manufacturing, FMCG/Brewery/Beverage is a plus
