- Install, configure and maintain operating system, active directory, internet connection, network cabling, wireless access point, router, switch, fingerprint, camera security and other relevant equipment - Install Software and hardware for all users - Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requested - Ensure to provide the service support to the company effectively on time and with problem solving - Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software - Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures - Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures - Alert to the relevant team for any issue occurred - Other tasks assigned by manager

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or other relevant field - 1 year experience at least - Ability to communication and use English well - Strong technical hardware and software - Willing to support as needed - Willing to work flexible hours, honesty, initiative and creative Ability to work in a team and work under pressur
