Job Purpose: Lead and manage HR & Admin team to make sure each team member has fully performed his/her potential to contribute to the whole companies’ s objectives Main Duties: 1) Revise and implement effectively existing policies/processes/ work instruction as necessary from time to time to achieve the companies ‘s objectives 2) Coordinate providing support in HR services such as HR planning, recruitment & selection, training and evaluation for all departments and branches companies. 3) Monitor all administration services in the office, showroom, staff house to make sure the office and staff house are well functions, keep clean with safety 4) Manage processing payroll and make sure it is on time and correct for all departments and branches companies. 5) Buying and managing fixed assets effectively. 6) Lead facilitating the company’s events/ staff parties to build team work 7) Coordinate with all departments and branches companies and HR software partner in order to test and run HR system effectively Responsibilities: 1. Effective and the transparency of the companies policies/processes 2. Effective recruitment & selection, promotion, termination, transferring, and transparency of performance evaluation 4. Company good working environment 5. Correct and timely staff payroll Authorization: 1- Check all request about repair the fix asset at office 2- Payroll checking

Jobs Requirement

Job Specifications: 1- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, administration, or other degree related 2- At least 2-3 years experiences in HR and administration work 3- Good Coordinating/organizational skill, sound of knowledge and background in HR & Admin skill 4- Good Khmer and English communication (speaking, listening, and writing skill). 5- Good computer literacy (Microsoft office) 6- Good communication skill, innovation, commitment, honesty, flexibility, and adaptability 7- Understand the Cambodia Labor Law 8- Commitment, honesty, flexibility, and adaptability
