Job Purpose: Overall brand management supporting the Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to ensure the achievement of pre-determined profit, volume, market share and equity objectives of an assigned brand or brands. + Brand Strategy and Development - Support the development and implementation of the Commercial Plan for assigned brand, based on consumer & customer insight as well as category performance. Sustainability & Responsible consumption are an integral part of your thinking. + Planning & Execution - In cooperation with Marketing Manager/Senior Brand Manager, planning and execution of all brand communication and media activity across all channels, including online and social media. + Innovation and Product Development - Identify new business opportunities and support new product launches. + Consumer Promotion - Work with Trade Marketing & Sales to activate consumer promotion programs for assigned brand to achieve sales target and Brand Power KPIs. + Cost & Value -Manage spend within allocated brand budget across ATL & BTL, meeting agreed working/non-working targets whilst continuously looking for savings.
