- Greet and welcome guests with smile - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Provide general administrative support such as scanning, faxing and copying to management - Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and comfortable environment in the front office - Answer, screen and forward incoming information and phone calls to whom are relevance - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (Ex: pens, forms and brochures...) - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and phone - Complete procedures when guests arrive and leave - Deal with special requests from guests - Document processing and daily reports - Perform other tasks as requested by managers

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Tourism or related field - Fresh graduate Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skill, Telephone Skills - Excellent communication, positive attitude, good time management - The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels - Documented computer skills and computer literacy with Ms. Office - English literacy is good.
