2. JOB PURPOSE / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Provide all related business administration support to General Manager, Partnership and Banca Business Manager. - Support on all Bancassurance Sales Activities including but not limit to Partnership distribution activities (lead management system). - Produce and design all type of Partnership sales report for all business partners. - Work closely with other stakeholders to design on lead management system and enhance work process. - Work with NB/Operation to enhance underwriting process. - Prepare and design partner/FA/Banca Manager compensation report. - Produce all campaigns results for all business partners/FAs/Banca Business Managers. - Support on all new business submissions and make sure the effectiveness of policy turn around time. - Participate in the Company’s technology development and UAT as required. - Perform other tasks as assigned by General Manager, Partnership, or the Company.

** WORKING RELATIONSHIPS - Graduated Bachelor & Degree or master’s degree in management or Marketing or Business Administration - At least 3 years of experiences in related filed from life insurance industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English. - Communicate and excellent presentation skills in English. - Humble, Punctual, Strong Leadership
