• Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofi’s active and potential customers • Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor and manager • Work with related department to assist in follow up with any issues • Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean • Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand • Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available for selling • Providing sale reports and customers’ visited showroom to supervisor and manager • Other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager.

• Graduated Bachelor degree, major in Marketing or relevant • Computer Literacy Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and Email • Good at customer service • Good at presentation skill & Strong internal personal skills.
