** Technician Key Duties The Technician shall have the following key duties: - Property Handover The Technician working closer with the Technical Manager and Technical Supervisor shall oversee the maintenance and installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment at the property. They shall oversee and co-ordinate the hand-over of technical equipment at the property the maintain the MEP at the building. The Technician should have skill and experience in at least one of the following: Electrical. Air-Conditioning. Mechanical. Plumbing. These are types of equipment to maintain at the property. ** Technician – Role and Responsibilities: - Oversee, control and monitor MEP works and equipment. - Provide day-to-day technical management of the property ensuring the property operates without disruption. - Ensure that equipment for the building MEP operates efficiently including electrical and plumbing and other systems as required. - Support the Property Management Tea and follow-up on any outstanding technical issues. - Work closely with contractors and suppliers to fix, repair and make improvements as needed. - Co-ordinate and work with sub-contractors to ensure work is finished on-time without delays and to a high standard. - Monitor tenant fit-out works, reinstatement works and ensure the work complies with the Mall rules and regulations. - Identify any problems or issues with equipment. - Comply with purchase order, record and inventory management procedures for any equipment or materials required for the building. - Look for ways to reduce electricity costs where possible. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Technical Manager. ** Salary: Attractive salary and benefits based upon skill, ability and experience.

- Male minimum 25 years old - Technical qualification / experience in electrical and plumbing - 3 years’ or more experience in electrical and / or plumbing - Experience working with the electrical and plumbing equipment - Organization, planning and reporting skills - Computer skills in Microsoft Word and AutoCad - Good communication skills - Khmer Language with English as an advantage
