1.Coordinator of food safety/ food quality project; 2.Monitor/report the implemented Procedure for any correction; 3.Develop HACCP documents; 4.Update Material Specification Form; 5.Verify and Keep records of HACCP, GMP or external documents; 6.Provide training such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP to relevant staff; 7.Response training staff about Hygiene or safety in factory / monitor staff’s performance to be compliant with Food Safety/ Food Quality requirements; 8.Collect sample for Microbiological testing; 9.Warehouse pest control, Calibration equipment; 10.Conduct Mock recall; 11.Complete the questionnaire from buyer, respond to customer complaint, responsible during audit from buyer or auditor, response insurance claim; 12.Other task from assigned by top management. • Bachelor degree in QA & QC or related fields • Year 4/5 student and having experience in QA/ QC • Have good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty • Good knowledge in English both written and verbal communication • Good knowledge of computer applications MS Office, Internet, Email & Outlook • Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
