- Understand types of business insurance and basis financially underwrite claims - Coordinate and cooperate with difference departments and outsiders to facilitate and solve all underwriting issues - Analyse and understand root cause in respective operational location and provide reports with recommendation to management - Handle complaints and any related underwriting issues smoothly in assigned tasks - Mainly responsibility on quality, accuracy, turnaround tome related to underwriting support
