• Understand all Lubricants Business and norm • Negotiate with new prospect outlet • Visit outlets with team for installation relate with HSE • Plan new outlet and progress updating • Identify new prospected customers • Participate in Lubricants team meeting or other related meeting/training • Respect Company's Code of Conduct, HSEQ principles and other related procedure • Execute projects from Local/Regional Team • Development strategy in order to achieve aggressive growth strategy of lubricant business. • Work with team to design layout to align with Total standard • Coordinate with technical manager to provide standard training program to mechanic and staff for both technical and sales technique.

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent, with at least 3-year experience in sales or marketing • Skills: Good literacy in computer applications. Be creative and responsive to business being handled with valid driving License. • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, Internet and Email. • Language: Good proficiency in English, French or Chinese is a plus.
