Duties: • Act as the agency receptionist when guests come in • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence • Handle requests and queries appropriately • Provide administrative support to the F&A Manager • Make travel, meeting, and event arrangements • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers • Filing and data entry for accounting manager • Distribute magazine to outlet and monitor monthly sell report • Pick up payment or make payment to supplier • Record staff attendant • Other tastes from manager
