• Manage sales team to have discipline, responsibility based on scope of works and training • Prepare annual marketing plan for sale forecasting, sale mechanism, sale growth, and profit, and estimated expenditure for this marketing. • Cooperate with relevant experts for contract/deal negotiations • Develop plan and promotional material through media, digital marketing, website. • Lead Sales & Marketing team to plan activities to promote and strengthen new business based businesses to search for clients or business partners inside and outside the province to deliver the greatest products. • Prepare sale strategy to approach new business • Sale coordination as resolve customer's complain / problem regarding to rate / operation and other issue which is raised from customer or from related team to sale team. • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met • Report sale activities to CEO & Other projects to be assigned by CEO. • Willing to do other things for the company's progress and needs. • Other tasks assigned by Manager
