** Role - New Service General Management Staff * Location - Phnom Penh - Remote Work style with Japanese boss who lives in Japan. * Schedule - Full Time (Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 12pm) Monday day off. - Flexible sift and sometimes discuss and change working schedule. * Term - 2021 February to 2021 May 31st - 3 month contract and if this business will be going well, term will be extended if mutual agreed. * Salary - 300$ to 600$ * Language - English and Khmer - English a must (speaking, writing and reading) * Duties - Making general strategy how service to be better and executer and improve cycle - Achieve monthly target income and collection performance - Report daily performance and accpunting check to GM - Prepare daily /weekly /monthly report management - Assessment of customers - Support and manage customers by message phone online financial services and remind people who is overdue payment - Facebook Advertismnet and other online advertisment plan, execute, measure experiments conversion tests - Other tasks assigned by management
