- Planning and organizing the production schedule. - Overseeing production processes - Ensuring that the material consumption is following the Bill of Materials approved by the purchasing department. - Assessing projects and resource requirements - Investigate new machinery and technique to improve the productivity - Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met - organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
