Jobs Description

•Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. •Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. •Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. •Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. •Ensuring project deadlines are met. •Determining project changes •Providing administrative support as needed •Undertaking project tasks as required. •Developing project strategies •Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. •Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. •Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. •Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. •Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective •Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid •Management in making implementation decisions. •Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with department heads, and end users regarding pertinent project activities. • Work alongside Finance department to manage project costs. • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications

Jobs Requirement

•Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. •Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role •Experience in project management, from conception to delivery •An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans •Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management •Strong client-facing and teamwork skills •Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner •Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello) •PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus •Proven leadership and personnel management skills. •Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. •A true “roll up the sleeves and get it done” working approach •Excellent proficiency in English language •Willing to be a team player •Good understanding and commitment towards the organisation’s goals and objectives. •Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. •Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating needs assessments, budgets, and forecasting. •Able to investigate and research into infrastructure issues and products as required. •Ability to present ideas and solutions in a user-friendly language. •Highly self-motivated
