** The factory: - Is located in the SSEZ - Employs over 300 staff - Established in Cambodia for 10 years ** Main responsibilities: - Planning and organizing the production schedule - Overseeing production processes - Ensuring that the material consumption is following the Bill of Materials approved by the purchasing department. - Assessing projects and resource requirements - Investigate new machinery and technique to improve the productivity - Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met - Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

** Requirements: - A degree in Production Management  - Knowledge of the continuous improvement technics (5S, Kaizen, lean management, etc…) - Fluent in English (writing and speaking) ** Keys Skills: - Confidence - Leadership and interpersonal skills - Technical skills - Organization and efficiency - Problem solving skills - Communication skills This job is open to Cambodian nationals and foreigners.
