- Plan annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly maintenance schedules efficiently - Provide engineering solutions to eliminate plant performance problems. - Co-ordinate interfaces between maintenance, engineering, projects and production staff. - Plant replacement strategy - Design, maintenance & application of engineering standards - Maintain system integrity & change control - Maintain and calibrate site instrumentation - Optimize use of CMMS - Apply formal failure analysis process - Engineering spares managed to standard - Utilities plan reliability - TPM development and maintenance
