- Support sale teams for Product Training to customer on their product handling such as HP printer, copier, large format printers - Propose on product specification for project needed. - Provide guidelines and problem solution to customer - Develop strategy and identify critical success factors of the products assigned. - Managing the assigned products/brand and build up product position. - Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and new opportunity - Support advertising campaign and conduct marketing survey, collect market information/competitor - Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance - Explore new opportunities to get additional sales - Prepare order forecast for products to buffer for stock and sell
