Jobs Description

• Implement plans on safety protection and enhancement for the facilities including the working environment for personnel, to ensure full compliance with the standard requirement under the hotel’s regulations and SOPs; • Maintain good public and staff relations; • Assist front office and other operations and support to the Duty Manager when necessary. 1. Prepare and check for VIP’s arrival and escorts guests to rooms; 2. Checks the cleanliness of the lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office employees in proper and orderly appearance and behaviour; 3. Checks on registration form of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each information either by Receptionists or the guests; 4. Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly; 5. To Handle guest complaints and other related problems and reports; 6. Report any issues or abnormalities to the Deputy Manager with a recommendation for improvement; 7. Provide management weekly, monthly and quarterly report on effectiveness of operations 8. To carry out regular inspections of the property to assesses standards of Housekeeping, Customer Services, Security Maintenance, Parking, Health and Safety and other property related matters. 9. Be on call in case of emergencies.

Essential Requirements • Presentable • Proven strong organizational and leadership skills • Excellent Customer Care • Excellent ability of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Min. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, real estate or related field; • 3 years-experience in property, office, retail, hotel or estate management; • Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal); • Proficiency on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PMS, etc; • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota and a willingness to extend of change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements. Specific language Skill, if needed Khmer, English and Mandarin (Desirable)
