- Have patience and determination in teaching low skilled sewers. - Good communication skills (Chinese speaking) an advantage - Good technical knowledge of garment production method preferably in Intimate Apparel. - Knowledge in pattern - Can communicate with related parties in solving any fitting /grading and construction issues in all stages of production. - Can provide technical advice on product workmanship in the assigned team/teams for better productivity.

- Working experience at least 3 year. - Ability to perform under pressure. - Good Khmer and English/Chinese verbal and written. - The ability to think logically - The ability to work well in a team - Problem solving skills - The ability to priorities your workload - Attention to detail.
