General Accounting: - Preparing monthly and annually tax declaration and summit to tax officer - Consulting taxation to clients - Renewing patent annually - Posting monthly journal entries in to Quick Book - Ensure accurate and timely monthly end close - Preparing depreciation list - Dealing with client - Follow up Bank Statement Revenue and Collection control (AR) - Issue invoices to customer - Work closely with Operation to ensure correct invoicing and timely - Follow-up customer payment - Control revenue and reporting - Banks and accounts reconciliation - Perform other tasks for finance department Account Payable control (AP) - Check and post supplier invoice in Accounting system - Work closely with Procurement and Operation to ensure supplier invoice received on time - Process supplier payment - Monitor bank/cash book - Banks and accounts reconciliation - Perform other tasks for finance department - Monthly tax declare

- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent; - At least 3-year experience the field; - Result-oriented, deadline commitment; - Good team-work, self-motivated, honest, reliable, loyal; - Able work under pressure, Able work independently; - Able communicate English; - Good knowledge Microsoft Excel; - Knowledge using accounting software
