- In-charge of cash and cheque payment preparation to suppliers and other payables. - Prepares/monitors/update schedule of Fixed Deposit Account - Prepare JV entries and related schedules. - Prepares cash weekly report. - Prepares monthly WHT schedule and update other schedules for monthly tax payment preparation. - Assist in the stock take exercises. - Conducts Fixed Assets sighting /Handles FA Listings. - Prepares petty cash reimbursements. - Prepares bank and petty cash found reconciliation. - Performs various function as required by superiors. - Finalizes the completeness of Cash books and JV preparation to meet monthly deadlines for Accounts. - Reporting to Management and listing updates (expense listing, trade receivable listing and PPE)

- Accounting Graduate - Computer literate /can speak and write English; preferably with background in processing payments, journal voucher entries, cash book entries, monitoring of weekly cash management. - Knowledge of Tax rules and regulations is a plus. - Capable of multi-tasking, can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours.
