• Provide insights and recommendations to business stakeholders based on P&L levers, competitive and economic data • Assist business units/pillars by provide financial/profitability guidance and simulations for new business initiatives, projects and campaigns • Assist with the monthly and quarterly processes with the business including preparation of management reports and income statements • Assist with the financial planning functions for the Bank including but not limited to strategic planning, budget development and periodic forecast • Assist with the preparation of Annual Report and financial statements for regulatory reporting in compliance with the regulatory bodies. • Perform analytical review on the forecast • Preparation of presentation for Manco, Board and other monthly meetings

• Professional or Degree holder in accounting/finance/business • Preferably with Professional Accounting Qualification such as ICAEW, CIMA etc • Minimum of 3 years experience in financial related industry or related experience • Strong business acumen and sound financial understanding • Strong influencing and negotiating skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
