•Manage the warehouse in order, tidy and safety. •Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS). •Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items. •Support with purchasing and goods Receiving. •Manage goods request and purchasing schedule. •Receive stock at warehouse when stock in. •Manage stock rotation (FIFO). •Control stock in-out. •Control stock expire date. •Update stock system and stock card. •Conduct stock count as per schedule. •Spot check stock at branches and coordinate regular inventory audits. •Alert stock shortage, expired date to relevant manager. •Prepare stock report and reconciliation monthly. •Other works assigned by manager.

* Qualifications and Education Requirements: •Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields •Experience at least 2 years related to F&B field •Knowledges with stock management •Computer literate (Ms. Office) advanced Excel is a plus •Be flexible, dynamic, team work and ability to work under pressure •Good English proficiency •Good problem-solving and organizational skills. * Preferred Skills: Procurement, Purchasing, Merchandising or Account * Code of Conduct: Keep a good presentation and express perfect behaviour and appearance, seriousness Be industrial and helpful Be polite and friendly Honesty, loyalty, and pay attention on work Work independent and confidential
