-Operation, maintenance and configuration of Prepaid/Postpaid rating engines, provisioning, mediation, monitoring and diameter. -Implement management tasks periodically to ensure the proper running of the system and to provide services normally. -Responsible and day to day monitor the related platforms. -To stabilize system performance and alert to management for problem solving and escalating process. -To stabilize and prevent revenue leakage from the responsible platforms. -Organize the first line preventive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and customer impact, minimal handling time of customer complaints. -Follow-up and coordinate any escalated problems associated with the network. -Performing acceptance of the new services and upgrading platforms. -Customer Complain handling to ensure the customer satisfaction. -Prepare reports on performance and technical key performance indicator. -24h/7days on call service and emergency onsite support.

-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related degree -Experience as ENGINEER in Intelligent Network, Mediation and provisioning with good knowledge in various protocols SS7, TCP/IP, SIGTRAN, Diameter, CAMEL, SMPP, MPA, ISUP -Knowledge in SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux -Self-driven and able work independently -Problem solving skills -Good English in both spoken and written
