Job Purpose: To manage distribution team performance and grow business in each territory by monitoring and supervising the territory sales officer’s performance and provide updates on market status, competitor feedback of each territory to Regional Manager • To monitor performance of FSO in order to achieve the KPI • Monitor FSO and assure the accuracy of stock reconciliation with Finance follow actual daily sales in ePOS • To ensure that all point of sales (Poster, Leaflet, leaflet holder, parasol....) are available, well displayed and maintain at all dealers in the territory • To ensure that all distribution gap are close in the territory • To ensure all dealers in territory are completed all information profile in ePOS • Regularly make planned field visit with FSO to monitor their quality of work and follow company standard • To Monitor competitor’s action and report timely to Direct Distribution Manager • Building strong relationship with Smart dealers in the territory • Coaching, Develop, Supporting and Problem Solving • perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor and Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or any related field • Sales and Marketing Skill • Minimum 2 years of sales experience Strong selling skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong organization skill • Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken • Can work under pressure • Team Work • Leadership and Management Skills.
