• Maintains & keep records of all necessary Engineering day to day operation. • Coordinate with other employees and departments to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues • Requisitioning of materials required to maintain stock level • Coordinate and monitor of daily attendance of engineering department • Responsible to receive, store and issue supplies and equipment • Compile records of supply transactions and verify that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. • Conduct inventory of individual tools.

• At least two years’ experience in administrative work in the hospitality industry. • Experience living and working in remote locations is essential. • Computer literacy, including knowledge and experience with Word and Excel proficiency. • Enthusiastic with a passion for customer service. • Excellent English speaking and writing ability.
