 • To supervise shift operations. • To organize and complete the maintenance works in a skilled and professional manner. • Checking and rectifying all kind of repairs, maintenance & construction works as directed which reflects on the standard of the Hotel. • Ensure that all Work Order, PPM & CWA’s and General Maintenance works are timely executed. • Knowledge of maintaining Fire, Life & Safety System and records • Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing equipment maintenance and repairs • Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure smooth running of the operation • Implement the property / company discipline procedure (Handbook) for all employees and ensure that this procedure is followed accurately for employees at all levels • Suggest and implement systems that maintain the effectiveness of all systems and ensure the safety of all Song Saa family members and guests.

Qualification & Experiences: • Minimum experience of 3years in the same role and a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment in hospitality. • Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is required • A good command of English • Able to live in a remote location Knowledge & Competencies • Self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach • Easily adapt to unpredictable events and work under pressure • Pro-active and reliable • Customer Focus • Team Work
