Job Summary / Scope • Manage the company internal servers, internet system, PC, laptop (WINDOW and APPLE), printer networking connects, iPad/phone; • Control the Point of Sale (POS) to ensure that it is running smoothly; • Collaborate with Maintenance Department for required to repair or maintain related IT; • Collaborate with Accounting to make sure a new purchase of hard or software to replace and give to staff; • Prepare report as monthly and quarterly by submitting to Office Supervisor for verifies and approves. Detailed Job Description 1. Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications; 2. Monitor and maintain computer system and networks, telephone system; 3. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware, software problems; 4. Design leaflets, brochures, laundry bags, etc. 5. Set up users’ accounts and profiles and deal password issues; 6. Manage internal network internet connection; 7. Test, evaluate technology; 8. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems; 9. Provide training to users on proper use of information services and securities; 10. Monitor, maintain, install and configure CCTVs 11. Be on call in case of emergencies. Min. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, specializing in Information Technology or related fields; • Minimum 1 year of related experience • Good English communication skill (Written & Verbal); • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rota.
