- Gathers, analyses, and organizes financial information on financial industry and competitive trends. - Prepares a strategic plan of the Bank. - Assist supervisors in developing new products, marketing and advertising plan of the Bank. - Monitors the Bank’s business performance and prepare analytical report and cost effectiveness of each department. - Coordinates tasks related to registration of BOD members, the amendments of Articles of Incorporation, the license approval with NBC and MOC, and other tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor degree with a major of bank operations. - Minimum 2 years’ working experience in strategic planning and financial analysis of commercial banks. - Up to date knowledge of current financial, market and competitors’ information of Banking Industry in Cambodia. - Knowledge of the corporate law and Prakas or Regulations of NBC or MOC is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
