- Gathers, analyses, and organizes financial information on financial industry and competitive trends. - Prepares a strategic plan of the Bank - Takes part in developing new products, marketing and advertising plan of the Bank. - Monitor the Bank’s business performance and prepare analytical report and cost effectiveness of each department. - Interprets Korean to Khmer or English, and vice versa at meeting, seminar, conference, workshop etc. - Translates English to Korean and vice versa. - Assists Department Head or Secretary of the Board of Directors for the BOD’s in preparation for the ordinary and extraordinary BOD meeting. - Prepares NBC and MOC registrations regarding to the license approval, changing of the Board of Directors, and the amendments of the Articles of Incorporations. - Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
