- Actively participate in ATM project with related parties (Risk, IT, Finance, Compliance - Department and Vendor) on producing of business requirement, functional specification and technical specification documents. - Work with vendor on card, receipt and journal design. - Work closely with vendor, IT team and other related parties on ATM placement, ATM installation and decoration of ATM room. - Prepare manual, procedure and guideline of ATM and Card such as cash loading, ATM reconciliation, decoration of ATM room and Card management for standard procedure and maintaining a high level of security. - Prepare training material and provide training to related staff on cash loading, ATM reconciliation, card management, etc. - Handle and solve all ATM related incidences and fraudulent issues to maintain both customer and company interest. - Plan the UAT testing, develop test scenarios and test cases of ATM application, and perform UAT testing to make sure the system is applicable to real scenarios and in accordance to the requirement.

- Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking.   - Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial banks (especially working in Card production and ATM support). - Strong knowledge and experience with ATM operations, CSS functions in commercial banks. - Good understanding of operational risk in banking sector and NBC regulations. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - High responsibility and integrity.
