- Implement and maintain the card security systems. - Work and support closely with testing team for successfully completion of CSS or in house ATM projects. - Work with other members of banks for CSS project. - Conduct user acceptance test (UAT) procedure for new feature development, customization and upgrading of card systems. - Participate in card system upgrading and testing, if required. - Continuously develop, evaluate and implement new features of card system for improving of bank operations. - Work closely with support team and vendor for solving all card system related issues. - Design all forms/documents for supporting of all new feature development, customization and upgrading of the system. - Good knowledge of card system, card procedure, ATM scenario, online payment process (CSS), new CSS specification and ISO message. - Develop all related business requirements for critical system changes. - Participate in user training for new or modified feature or functionalities of the system, if any. - Perform other duties as required/assigned by the management.
