It is hiring a Sales Manager for its latest real estate project ** Sales Manager - Manage and develop the sales of the company - Recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives - Prepare and/or review various management reports and agreements (e.g. Sales reports, S&P agreement etc.) - Conduct, maintain and evaluate comprehensive market research data - Analyze trends and results - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams - Overall responsibility for sales matters

- Age 27-35 - Master/Bachelor degree in Marketing & Business Management - At least 3 years overall professional experience in property development industry and in real estate - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines - Ability to work well in a team environment - Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities in order to consistently meet deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and project management software
