- Lead Marketing Team to deliver the KRA (Key Result Areas) of the department and the Company. - Authorize to check any payment request from the Marketing Representatives based on the approved plan before any payments. - Lead in the implementation of marketing plan and evaluate results - Authorize to report any unusual activities of the Marketing Team that may violates or put the company's image at risk - Product Marketing to build the brand equity and product profitability - Authorize to do field audit for to check on coverage plan effectiveness or any collection concern that may affect the Company's AR. - Develop Marketing Plan for the assigned products for implementation and evaluate the affectivity of the plan - Authorize to request budget or payment on behalf of his team for any approved activities or plan from the Sales and Marketing Manager. - Lead, train and monitor Marketing Representatives in the compliance of their work plans and work standards - Check or follow-through the Marketing Representative's implementation of plans and achievement of the objectives - Lead or develop teamwork within the team and motivate people to take extra effort to deliver the KRA or Sales Target - Check and consolidate submission of the required reports such as workplans, coverage report, competitor's data or market information needed by the Company - Manage the external marketing agency on activities of BTL and ATL. - Product information training to the personnel involve in the selling and distribution of the products and all product awareness or product education related to the products handled.

- Bachelor's degree of any Business course or preferably Bachelor's degree of Marketing - Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Sales or Marketing position and 1 year - Experience in Supervisory or Managerial position
