Jobs Description

*Responsibilities: ● Responsible for generating new business and enhancing existing client relationships ● Responsible for cross-selling other international banking products to clients ● Maintain regular sales activity and educational seminars, webinars etc. ● Lead a highly motivated team of FX Sales Representatives ● Review, implement pricing changes to drive optimal P&L ● Build and Support external relationships with key business partners ● Researching and developing sales and marketing opportunities and plans, understanding client requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting effective strategies to achieve marketing goals ● Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data/information to draft reports ● Establish sales targets and assign sales quotas to sales teams. Provide coaching and training the team to help them in achieving targets. ● Set and enforce policies and procedures necessary for conducting sales and marketing operations ● Oversee the interviewing, hiring and training of sales and marketing recruits ● Develop and implement action plans via social medias to enhance the public perception and image of a company or brand ● Oversee the design and publication of advertisement materials and ensure the right message is passed across to the target market ● Collaborate with other company departmental heads to implement strategies effective for achieving set sales and marketing goals ● Prepare and present to management periodic reports on sales/marketing activities ● Prepare sales/marketing budgets and submit to management for approval

Jobs Requirement

*Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics and Finance, or related fields ● At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position ● Strong mathematical skills ● Strong analytical skills of economic data ● Passion for networking, generating leads and finding new business ● Proven track in record in sales industry and existing book of clients ● Results-driven, ambitious and with passion to succeed ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and teamwork skills ● Proactive, adaptive, and driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
