- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution - Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Design any posting on social media - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners - Manage, train, and supervise the valuation department team - Build and maintain relationship with existing partners/clients - Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach out to potential partners/clients - Define new valuation methods and approaches for valuation teams - Conduct on-going market research and analysis - Check and approve valuation reports and valuation-related documents - Develop and implement control system to prevent fraud - Manage and control valuation data - Report to CEO/Director - Develop communication strategy, media planning, and the overall events and competitions strategy and delivery structure - Driving marketing campaigns for the brands, brand communications through-the-line development, and channel visibility - Maintain key relations with ATL, media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners, and key internal stakeholders within the organization. - Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts including project management, business relations, and reporting as related to brand development and performance. - Build and deliver branded marketing campaigns mixing traditional and digital media, ensuring key messages are consistently delivered.
