- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of FCC which also include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. - Perform Project Management of IT initiatives to digitalize current work processes into digital platform to fulfill the value of FCC’s value - Innovation. The incumbent is expected to possess coding / programming skills using popular programming languages such as PHP, Python…etc. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services for FCC’s staff. - Oversee new system deployment and current system enhancements. - Provide training and disciplining in relation to IT scope which include cyber security and policy. - Define and improve all system and network operations processes. - Participate in contract negotiation with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation, cost savings, etc.

- Bachelor’s Degree - Information Technology. Other degree would be an advantage. - Highly analytical abilities with operational vision - At least 2-year experience with web and mobile application development - Experience in computer networking - Problem analysis and problem-solving - Attention to detail and accuracy - Adaptability, initiative and stress tolerance.
