- Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision. - Plan, direct, coordinate and implement outstanding marketing strategies, advertising and promotional activities. - Support business department to achieve the target KPIs, projected sales, and marketing objectives. - Contribute to Business Department in conceptualizing new initiatives to make FCC the top of mind (Think Infertility, Think FCC) amongst potential patients/customers, and referral partners. - Conduct direct marketing activities (such as emailing, phone calls or SMS) with prospects and stakeholders to gain significant improvement and desired results in the business. - Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, and social media accounts as well as run marketing campaigns through various social media platforms. - Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategies, products, or services. - Track changes in client engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign. - Report on Return on Investment and key performance metrics in each marketing and promotional activities. - Collaborate with other departments and team in the clinic to obtain collaboration, information, and targeted improvement. - Remain up-to-date in Social media use to mobilize marketing campaign. - Identify, explore, and build relations with various key stakeholders in the field to build networks, strategic marketing opportunities, and referral connections. - Liaise relationship and communications with the media and wider communities as well as to attend marketing conference / workshop as required. - Other related marketing and sales tasks assigned by head of the department.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields. - At least 3 years of experiences preferably in hospital, clinics, healthcare industry, or similar marketing settings. - Being honest, team player, initiative, friendly, fresh service oriented and commit to work under pressure. - Good command of both spoken and written Khmer and English. - Computer proficiency in Office applications, creative design applications. - Good interpersonal communication, presentation and client relationships management. - Good planning, research and analysis skills.
