Jobs Description

• Assist the Head of Marketing Services to manage daily administrative and management duties of the department. • Schedule and manage daily routines of all direct staff of the department. • Work together with colleagues to ensure the development and deployment of effective, skilled and competent staff. • Assist in identifying, developing, implementing, managing and coordinating the development of all programs to enhance profitability and reduce costs. • Define long term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships. • Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. • Work with internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. • Find potential new customers, ultimately convert them into clients by contacting and entertaining them, promote and sell the attributes of the facilities and areas to ensure future business growth in the future. • Support documents translation and memo preparation in both Chinese & English. • Manage existing clients and handle special needs of clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. • Foster creations of customer development culture throughout the casino through strategic efforts and teamwork. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Jobs Requirement

• Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ casino marketing experience • Previous marketing management experience • Proficiency in MS Office • Ability to communicate and read in Chinese & English • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Financial planning skills, able to budget and to manage expenditure. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
