- Support Sales Team and customers through site surveys, studies of customers’ needs, and professional communication responses into end-to-end technical solution - Generate solution proposal, diagrams, bill of materials, and other related documents - Cooperate and coordinate with customers, Sales, Engineering, CRM and other stakeholders to deliver project success according to target deadline - Bridge gaps between Sales and Technical aspects
