** Position Summary: Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a key member of the Executive Management team, undertake a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will be responsible in managing financial sustainability, driving financial performance & maximizing return on investment. The role will provide strategic financial advice to the Chairwoman & CEO and will play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies including budgeting, forecasting, and risk & asset management. ** Duties and Main Responsibilities: 1. Act as strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team. 2. Drive the company's financial planning by assessing and evaluating financial performance of organization with regard to long-term investment & operational goals, budgets and forecasts. 3. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments 4. Determining investment strategies, initiate and develop company strategy to attract Investor Funding, Join-Venture Partner and Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. 5. Review all company projects and budgets, ensuring that the costing process, the budget propose and markup are guarantee to company financial objective. 6. Support in acquisition due diligence and month-end and year-end close process; deal with external audit. 7. Examine means to enhance growth, profitability and value creation by evaluating internal operations, potential acquisitions, cash management strategy, the effective use of corporate assets, and by taking into account the financial and operational risks of the business. 8. Understand all projects and identify the customer target, market analysis and planning strategy. 9. Looking for startup investment opportunity which would diversify company business. 10. Develop annual budgeting and financial forecasting; ensure timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts. 11. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; 12. Identify, acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information. 13. Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes (budgeting, tax planning where applicable, real estate and conservation of assets.) to increasing working efficiency. 14. Ensure appropriate and robust finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures. 15. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards, including a financial risk register, and communicate and manage relevant risks. 16. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with auditing standards, assist in obtaining the necessary licenses and insurance required to operate the business. 17. Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain management. 18. Forecasting staff and capital requirements. 19. Ensuring senior management is aware of trends and challenges within the business 20. Perform other assignments as requested by CEO.
