1. Job Description Under the direction of the Factory Manager, the QHSE Manager manages, maintains and improves QHSE systems and standards of the organization. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will direct the QHSE improvement activities; support the quality team members and colleagues with QHSE opportunities; develop and/or update QHSE policies and procedures; and develop QHSE programs that will foster a safety first culture that drives value and efficiency to the organization. Your team will have responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems that support the company’s QHSE initiatives. ** Your main duties: - Collaborate with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations across the organization - Identify and oversee continuous improvement initiatives - Interact with Sales, Production and Logistics teams to maintain necessary compliance to QHSE standards - Define and enhance quality procedures in conjunction with all departments - Oversee effectiveness and efficiency of document control processes - Liaison with customer’s auditors and ensuring the execution of internal corrective actions, customer complaint responses and supplier corrective actions - Identify, monitor and execute quality and HSE trainings - Promote understanding and compliance to HACCP, EU Organic Certificate, USDA and maintain the certifications including management of all registered audit activities - Assist in implementing and managing the International Food Safety (IFS) certification program - Determine and execute quality objectives for the company. Ensures that the Quality Policy is reviewed, communicated and understood - Ensures, in accordance with corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the company HSE system - Define and manage company’s KPI for quality, health and safety metrics and use the data to identify risks and opportunities - Assist in all aspects of incident and/or near miss investigations by completing root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions across the organization - Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines - Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to the organization’s needs.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or five (5) plus years of related EHS or QA/QC experience - Extensive knowledge of QHSE guidelines and requirements - Experience with implementation and management of the ISO, HACCP, GMP or IFS Quality Management Standards - Ability to enhance the Company’s QHSE systems and encourage a culture of excellence and compliance - Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required - Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle different tasks in a fast-paced work environment - Strong computer skills required including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs - Function in a team environment with employees in all levels of the organization - Provide superior customer service and support company goals - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel - Salary: US$700-US$900 upon skills and competence - Location: Battambang, Cambodia - Please send CV and letter to: contact@fedrice.com, jcdemontaigne@fedrice.com
