Job Purpose: To ensure business continuity by securing the supply of Supply Chain materials and services. Find cost-effective sources for materials and supplies with full compliance to the Business Code of Conduct. Manage internal and external relationships with stakeholders in a professional and productive way. Job Description: Agile sourcing • Sourcing of supplies, information on pre-qualified suppliers, decide to invite quotation and negotiation. • Analyze the purchase options and propose recommendations (review and evaluation of quotation). • Order placement and monitoring, including amendment and cancellation. • Conduct negotiation to drive continuous performance improvement of supplier, monitor performance, capacity and capability suppliers in order continue to keep the speed, quality, cost leadership, security of supply, customer satisfaction, payment terms and other terms and conditions. Business Continuity Excellence • Searching market information and analyze demand pattern, develop and implement sourcing & supplier strategy, develop concept and idea generation. • Develop and analyze demand patterns and simplify processes through having more contracts or catalog. Procurement audit • Conduct a transparent Procurement practice by giving the comparison, use market info or trending and recommend for decision making prior to make decision, complying with rule and Procurement policy, and develop an efficient Procurement administration. • To arrange proper filling of the PO/Contracts and other Procurement documents • Ensure proper legal document as well as other required information for management approval of requested supplier into ASL list. • Ensure to conduct regular meetings with management on ASL list approval as per process. • Ensure all the suppliers/ contractors worked for Company must sign and agree on Company site safety standards and Supplier code.

• 3-5 years of procurement experience • Fluent in English & Khmer • Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate on prices and conflict management
