 Capability to do pre-factory audit  Capability to do pre-production meeting  Conduct in-line inspection  Conduct final inspection  Review the report issued from 3 rd party inspection if required  Accompany with factory tour if required  Conduct home laundry test for production if required

 At least 10 years working experience in QC and QA area  English speaking, reading and writing skill  Understand QC process from different customer requirements  Prefer education in textile and apparel  Prefer experience in both men and ladies wear  Prefer experience in both casual wear and industrial wear  Understanding of garment paper pattern so as to be able to suggest corrections when issues arise  Understanding or experience with labelling and final carton packing, container loading, final reporting capability  Have experience with Social Compliance – identify underage workers, bring Good Business practices to the factory, know how to recommend solutions if factories have dangerous operations, understand equipment and technical operations  Ability to be self-reliant and work independently  Location: Phnompenh- Cambodia.
