- Selected data from system after that advise to mother for retention via phone - Advise nutrition and health to pregnant mother via phone - Talk nutrition by quarterly to pregnant mother via phone - Advise on company information - Get data convert mother from product consultancy(PC) - Consumer Relation Management through Outbound call - Nutrition consultation on pregnancy, 1000 days education and Toddlerhood education - Handle consumer feedback and complaints - Problem solving - Monthly report

- Minimum pursuing bachelor’s degree in Nurse and Midwives and related field - Be able to communicate in English - At least 1 year experience in Call Center (Careline). - Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable - Knowledge in careline, complaint handling and negotiation skill. - Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, & Typing skills Good attitude, helpful and patient - Hard working, proactive, and have a good verbal communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Khmer language.
