- Organize the implementation of the professional real estate policy formulation profession: o Conducting surveys, analysis and evaluation of projects that directly / indirectly compete with the Group's investment projects; positioning projects in order to determine appropriate business strategies and plans for investment projects of the Group. o Coordinate to develop and propose product construction of investment projects, including: functions, design, product structure and details, project phases, expected business products. o Building selling prices, sales policies of the Group's real estate projects (selling prices, sales progress, payment schedule, sales promotion policies, building model houses… ..). o Monitoring the sales results of the Project, the market's reaction to the issued sales policy to propose adjustments (if necessary) to ensure the required sales results.

Education: Bachelor or higher Major: Finance, Investment, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration Certificate: Certifications related to Real Estate Business Experience: Over 3 years of experience in Similar positions in real estate corporations.
