• Involve and assist the Operation Manager in overseeing whole operation of different shops • Handles and conduct monthly meeting with Shop Managers for concerns • Monitors daily sales and analyze data • Regular checking of shops and make sure all items for sale are up to date • Propose marketing plans and promotion to improve sales of shops • Implement disciplinary action for shop personnel not following company policy • Involve in recruiting of staff for shops • Other works assigned by the Operation Manager
